Digital Citizenship
Kiski Area Intermediate School is proud to partner with Common Sense Media to create an immersed curriculum experience geared towards helping students become responsible Digital Citizens. In conjunction with our "Building a Cavalier" initiative, our schedule has been modified to allow these experiences to occur without loss of instructional time from any course.
Aspects of this program include:
- Interactive lessons created through Common Sense Media
- Digital Badging-where students can earn badges showing their growth as a Digital Citizen
- Students will model safe and responsible technology use, and help others navigate cyberbullying, internet safety, and other digital dilemmas
